If so, we invite you to join our Psychoeducation & Experiential group for Managing Overwhelming Emotions – Tame Your Triggers!

Objectives and Benefits

In this transformative group, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through a combination of psychoeducation and experiential exercises, you will:

  • Explore the underlying causes of overwhelming emotions and gain a deeper understanding of how they impact your daily life.
  • Identify the physical, emotional, and behavioural responses that occur when you experience a trigger
  • Explore and develop coping strategies that work for you
  • Building a sense of community and connection with others who share similar struggles
  • Work with trained therapist, Joycelyn Chieng, who specialize in helping individuals cope with triggers and other mental health challenges

This group is open to those who is looking to manage their triggers and improve their overall mental health. We offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can learn, grow, and connect with others.

Tame Your Triggers Group details

  • Who: 18 years old and above
  • Date: 6 sessions on Thursday evenings (17th & 24th Aug and 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th Sep 2023)
  • Time: 7.30pm – 8.30pm
  • Venue: International Plaza (Exit C at Tanjong Pagar MRT)
  • Cost: $295/pax
